Archway Exceeds Expectations 
Northwood is a family run Reading estate and lettings agent, part of the national Northwood group. They have a reputation for knowing the local property market, together with a unique offering which assures landlords of guaranteed rent. 
 
Director Brian ‘Mitch’ Mitchison prides the branch on how it communicates; in person, on the phone and of course by printed leaflets and letters. Mitch takes up the story of how they switched from Xerox to Archway Business Solutions for a print solution that has saved money, generated growth and they now enjoy remarkable customer service.

Dexter Montague are a leading firm of Solicitors in the Thames Valley. The wide range of legal services they offer individual clients, businesses and other organisations means the office support team are kept very busy. 
 
This includes the photocopying and printing element of their company systems. Particularly in the conveyancing team, the ability to deal with high print volumes and being able to produce high quality documents fast is a vital. 
ARCHWAY OFFERED THE WHOLE PACKAGE. A GOOD PRICE AND A QUALITY SOLUTION. THE FACT THEY ARE LOCAL IS A BIG PLUS BECAUSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WE NEED SOMEONE TO BE THERE TO SORT IT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

MENCAP 

Mencap West Berkshire Demand Quality Print, Affordability and Reliable Service From Their New Print Solution 
 
When West Berkshire Mencap decided to upgrade the printing and copying machine for heir mail fulfilment business, Link-Up, they knew a fast, reliable printer would be vital. 
 
A system that was capable of producing colour leaflets and booklets as well as flyers was needed. However, being a charity the solution had to be affordable as well as high quality. 
ARCHWAY SPENT TIME GETTING TO KNOW LINK UP AND WHAT OUR PRINT REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE AND MATCHED US TO THE PERFECT MACHINE.

Archway suggested and installed a Ricoh MP C2800, with a booklet stapling finisher. This gave Mencap the ability to handle medium to long runs of quality colour prints, as well as making booklets and leaflets. 
 
Archway linked the multifunctional device (MFD) to Mencap’s network and enabled it to print, scan to file and or convert documents to pdfs.To assist with budgeting Archway offered a fully inclusive service contract, billed one month in arrears.
