ONE-OFF SERVICE

If you have a printer or photocopier that hasn't been checked-over for some time and it's performance is flagging, a comprehensive one-off service should bring it back to as-new working order.

£75.00 - photocopiers

Price includes call out and first hour on site (charged to nearest half hour thereafter) within a 10-mile radius of Reading.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS - SLAS

From one machine to multiple machines, a contract ensures a response time of between 1-4 hours. No two businesses are alike so your maintenance contract will be tailored to suit your business needs - you may need a visit once a month if you have many machines, or once a year if you are a sole trader. Within our SLA agreement, all machines under contract are cleaned, tested and calibrated before we leave your premises, every time.

An Archway contract will help keep your machines in pristine condition, lengthen their life, and keep your office running smoothly!

COLOUR CALIBRATION

If your business relies on super-accurate colour calibration, for instance the print and design industry, Archway can provide a maintenance contract to ensure your colour printing stays on track.

Warning - inexperienced users can damage expensive equipment!

Make sure all your staff know how to use your printers and photocopiers properly to eliminate common problems caused by misuse. In-house training really can help you achieve substantial savings on inks/toner, wear and tear on parts and help extend the working life of your machines.

EMERGENCY LOAN MACHINES

It's a rare thing for us not to be able to fix your machine on-site. If this does occur and your photocopier or printer needs to be taken off-site for repairs, you won't be left high and dry.

Archway will provide you with a similar machine while your machine is being repaired.
