Standard servicing - allowing you the flexibility of having an experienced Senior Engineer available to service your copiers, without having to pay high running costs.
IT specialist - installing copiers, MFPs and printers onto your clients networks, setting up scanning, working with or without IT support on site.
Colour Specialist - dealing with customers who require a high standard of colour accuracy, monthly calibrations, installations and colour profiling.
Improve your profit margins by offering calibration and profiling to your clients. Calibrated systems will save you money as they use less toner, less wear and tear on the imaging components and fuser (some customers may not be fully utilizing their colour copier for all output due to it being considered low quality).

Technical background

We have been in the photocopier service industry for 20 years:

Trained on Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Toshiba and Sharp photocopiers, both colour and mono.
Network-trained with extensive knowledge on Fiery, Cyclone, Emperon, Harlequin and Micropress controllers.

We can also help and advise on work control systems including CBS and Select.

References can be supplied on request from customers, dealers and manufacturers to substantiate our extensive knowledge and skills on all aspects of service, customer handling and colour management.
